Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

How is our popcorn made?
You can come see the process for yourself through the nifty viewing window in our Factory Store in Ottawa, Ontario!
1. Fresh, quality kernels are put into one of six kettles. To get the perfect pop, each batch takes about 3 ½ minutes in the kettle.
2. The popped kernels are then sent into a sifter, which removes any broken or un-popped pieces so only delicious fluffy popcorn remains.
3. The popcorn is weighed, dropped into bags, and sealed with a special sealer.
4. Now it’s ready to go into a case to be delivered!

In order to get a “full pop” every kernel needs to have 4% humidity.
When we first started making popcorn, it would take a whole day to make 20 cases of popcorn. Now it only takes 20 minutes!
60oz of kernels can make 3 kilos of popcorn – that’s a lot of snacking!
